There has been a recent update from DYMO that offers support for those who have upgraded to Mac OS X Yosemite. Users who have upgraded to Yosemite may experience issues printing labels and will need to update to the latest Dymo Label Writer software version (8.5.2). Please note this does not affect customers using Windows or Mac OS X Mavericks (or older). You can download the latest version of the DYMO Label Writer Software for Mac OS X Yosemite from the. The process to install the update is as follows: • Download the software package from DYMO • Install Dymo LabelWriter software v8.5.2 • Restart your computer • Test printing labels If for some reason the upgrade doesn’t work, we suggest uninstalling all software and starting from scratch. Installation details can be found in the link above.
If you are yet to upgrade to Yosemite, we suggest holding off if you’re about to use the Check-in system over the weekend. The last thing you want to do is doing last minute fixes on the spot! It would be much better to wait until you have a little more time prior to your next service or event to ensure everything is working as it should.
