Model: MAC-BOOK PRO (RETINA)13' MID 2014 Processor: 2.6GHZ Memory: 8GB HDD: 256GB FLASH OS Version: OS X YOSEMITE v 10.10.3 I have been trying to connect to my office network via Citrix from my MAC and it fails everytime. The citrix version on my MAC is 11.9.15(305779). I have tried all the troubleshooting like checking/verifying the disk permissions and repairing the permissions, reinstalling the client. Create a new user id on the machine and giving it admin access but none of them help.
Receiver 11.9.15 for Mac product software. High performance web and self-services access to virtual apps and desktops.
Please find the screen shot attached. My office IT Team has looked into as well but they found no issues on their end. Can Apple look into this please?
Regards Raghu. Apple doesn't look into anything here, you need to go and post your question but I can almost assure you it's a Citrix issue as far as Apple is concerned if anything changed from 10.2 to 10.3 to prevent Citrix from functioning and it's up to Citrix to fix. Unless Apple broke something that is included with their update exclusively don't expect them to look into it. In the mean time can you ask your IT team if they see your account trying to authenticate into the gateway? Please post your log from ~/Library/Logs/com.citrix.AuthManager.log. I agree I believe this to be a Citrix issue.
I have had 10.10.3 installed since it was released with a previous version of the receiver 11.9.x and had no issues. Recently our ICT dept updated our netscaler from 10.1 to 10.5 and in turn I also updated my receiver to 11.9.15 and have not been able to connect using the app since. Accessing via the web portal works fine. At any rate I stumbled upon this thread in hopes to resolve my own issue which I believe to be associated with authentication between the receiver app and the netscaler and thought I'd share the following citrix link for obtaining additional logging. Not a resolution but hopefully an aide to get you another step further.
